* Pets one year and older MUST be spayed or neutered to participate.
* Each time slot allows for up to 3 pets. If you have more than 3 pets choose two time slots.
* Payment is required to ensure your spot. Dogs are $15 and cats are $10. The clinic coordinator will call you to receive payment over the phone and answer any questions.
*Please bring drivers license and most current vet records to your appointment.
